Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 2-3 workdays to process it for delivery.

At FITZBETTER our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

We ship our products from several warehouses located across the globe. This allows us to offer wholesale prices and high quality products at the time of your order. Because we ship from multiple warehouses, please allow between 8-15 days for your order to arrive when you select Standard Delivery. We do offer Express Delivery where the estimated delivery times are 3-5 days If more than 20 days have passed please email us at to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email with the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
